浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司建立了氣相色譜內標法測定化妝品中甲醇和乙醇的方法。通過考察稀釋液、內標物和氣相色譜柱等條件,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作為稀釋液,異丙醇作為內標物,選用HH-WAX毛細管柱進行色譜分離,保留時間定性,內標法定量,并與《化妝品衛生規范》(2007版)中氣相色譜頂空外標法測定甲醇的方法進行了比較。結果表明,用氣相色譜內標法測定化妝品中甲醇和乙醇的含量,在0.8 mg/L~500 mg/L范圍內具有良好的線性關系(R2甲醇=0.999 8和R2乙醇=0.999 7),相對誤差<2.4%,回收率為92.7%~104.7%(n=6)。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a gas chromatography internal standard method for the determination of methanol and ethanol in cosmetics. By investigating the conditions of the diluent, internal standard and gas chromatographic column, using N,N-dimethylformamide as the diluent and isopropanol as the internal standard, the HH-WAX capillary column was used for chromatographic separation, and the retention time was qualitative. , quantified by internal standard method, and compared with the method for the determination of methanol by gas chromatography headspace external standard method in "Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics" (2007 edition). The results showed that the content of methanol and ethanol in cosmetics was determined by gas chromatography internal standard method, and there was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.8 mg/L to 500 mg/L (R2 methanol = 0.999 8 and R2 ethanol = 0.999 7). The error was less than 2.4%, and the recoveries ranged from 92.7% to 104.7% (n=6).
